Human Resources Officer

The College is seeking to employ a Human Resources Officer on a full time, on-going basis.

This position will be responsible for providing support to the HR & Payroll office and across a range of functions including, recruitment, employment agreements, policy review and development, HR projects and more.  This role also includes supporting the Head of Staff (Human Resources) in their duties.  It is intended that the role may develop to include payroll duties in the future.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Proficiency in the use of computer software related to the position.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
  • Demonstrated high level or organisational and time management skills and the ability to manage a series of tasks at one time.
  • Proficiency in establishing and maintaining administrative processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for and commitment to the position.
  • A high degree of professionalism and respect for confidentiality.
