Aquinas College is seeking to appoint a dynamic, suitably experienced applicant to the position of Accountant. This is a part time 0.6/0.8 FTE, ongoing position.
Aquinas College is an energetic and diverse community of over 250 educators, administrative, finance and property staff who work together to support the mission of the College. The preferred candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable and keen to engage with the Aquinas College community.
The successful applicant will have:
-a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children
-excellent communication skills
-an ability to work successfully within a team
-qualifications and experience appropriate to the role, specifically a professionally qualified CPA or CA Accountant
-current WWCC-Will have relevant permissions to work in Australia
Aquinas College promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children.
The successful applicant will be appointed as a Category A Education Support Employee, Level 4 (Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022).
Category A staff have an entitlement to 4 weeks annual leave per annum.
