Campus Coordinator, POL3

Aquinas College is a Catholic Regional College for young people in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri people. Within this Catholic identity, the College reflects the life, work and teachings of Jesus Christ and the evangelising mission of the Catholic Church. Commencing in January 2026, Aquinas College wishes to employ a dynamic and suitably qualified Campus Coordinator. The Campus Coordinator oversees the daily program and organisation of the College. They will work closely with the Daily Organiser(s) and both the Senior Years and Middle Years Activities Coordinators to ensure that the daily routine supports the educational program of the College. The Campus Coordinator will coordinate the College calendar and publish staff meeting schedules.

This Position of Leadership (Level 3) comes with a component of remuneration and time release. This leadership opportunity is available for a period of 3 years, with an ongoing teaching position associated with the appointments.

The preferred candidate will be enthusiastic, keen to engage and inspire our and students and able to deliver curriculum that caters for students with different learning styles.

The successful applicant will have:

- An ability to articulate and support the Aquinas Vision and Mission


- An excellent verbal and written communication skills


- An ability to learn and manage the Daily Organiser module of The Timetabler program


- An ability to be flexible and considered when challenged and prioritise and facilitate requests in a timely and efficient manner.


 - Enthusiasm for and commitment to the position


 - A high degree of professionalism


-  A high level of organisational, administrative and I.T. skills


 - A high attention to detail


 - A capacity for leading and managing change


 - An understanding of the need to communicate with the Executive when managing complex staff issues


 - Current VIT Registration


 - Relevant permissions to work in Australia
