Human Resources Officer

Aquinas College wishes to appoint a dynamic, suitably experienced Human Resources Officer (job share). This is an ongoing, shared, 1.0 FTE vacancy. The successful applicant will support the Assistant Principal – Staff and Human Resources Manager with:

*Recruitment
*Onboarding and Appointments
*Staff Induction
*Questions about employment conditions and entitlements
*Contract variations
*Maintaining complete and accurate HR records
*Updating Position Descriptions and HR Policies
*Leave administration
*Compliance monitoring
*Staff celebrations, farewells, milestones and recognition
*Staff exits
*Day to Day administrative support

The successful applicant will be appointed as a Category A Education Support Employee, Level 3 (Victorian Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022).
