Human Resources Officer

Aquinas College wishes to appoint a dynamic, suitably experienced Human Resources Officer. This is a fixed term, parental leave, part time, 0.4-0.6 FTE vacancy. The successful applicant will support the Assistant Principal – Staff and Human Resources Manager with providing support to the HR function across a range of key operations including recruitment, employment agreements, policy review and development, HR projects and more.

The successful applicant will have:

*a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children.

*relevant qualifications, 3 + year experience and proven success in a HR role.

*the ability to plan, organise and prioritise competing demands.

*excellent communication and IT skills

*excellent interpersonal skills, a high degree of professionalism and respect for confidentiality.
